Our Story
Chinchiolo Farming Co. is a fourth-generation family farm rooted in the Linden and Lodi countryside, growing premium cherries, Chandler walnuts, Orchard-Laid Eggs, and Blooms Gourmet Honey. While our story began over 100 years ago, today our farm is focused on producing exceptional, orchard-fresh food with integrity, transparency, and a deep respect for the land.
We farm with a soil-first mindset—using regenerative cover crops, biological amendments, and careful water stewardship to build healthier orchards year after year. Our cherry and walnut blocks are managed with precision: SAP testing, leaf and soil analysis, and variety-specific nutrition programs help us grow consistently high-quality crops without compromising the long-term health of our ground.
Our Orchard-Laid Eggs come from hens raised directly in our walnut orchards, where they enjoy shade, space, and soy-free organic feed. Their presence naturally improves soil health and insect balance, making our orchards more resilient while producing deeply flavorful, nutrient-dense eggs.
We also run a growing direct-to-consumer program—shipping fresh cherries, walnuts, and honey across the country, partnering with chefs and specialty retailers, and inviting local families into our orchards through seasonal U-Picks and events. Whether it’s cherries harvested at dawn, walnuts cracked and packed to order, or eggs collected each morning, our goal is always the same: deliver exceptionally fresh, honest California farm products with the care of a fourth-generation family.
