Our Story

I have been raising a small flock of cage free laying hens for twelve years.  They produce brown and green eggs.

I sell jumbo and extra large eggs for $3.00/ dozen, large and medium for $2.00/ dozen.

We are a small family run working dairy farm that has been owned by our family since before the Civil War with a deed that dates back to December 10, 1856. I am the sixth generation of our family to continuously farm this land. We have the Mark West Railroad and the Westland Spur of the Montour Trail running through the farm.

We are located at the intersection of Rte 50 Millers Run Road and Hornhead Road in Mt. Pleasant Twp. 3 miles east of Hickory, one mile west of Venice. Look for the red dairy barn. Eggs are available at the farmhouse on Hornhead Road by appointment.

Since we are a working farm, we don’t have regular hours and may not always be available to answer the phone, so we ask that you call and leave a message. We will be happy to call back and arrange a time when you can come for eggs.

We also have our own apiary to pollinate our crops, and on occasion have honey available.
