Our Story

In 2010 newly married Sean and Liz returned to the family ranch to continue on the 100-year family tradition of raising cattle on the rugged Eastern Oregon high desert. Sean’s father had been raising natural grass-fed cattle for decades and when Liz came to the ranch she noticed that there was a shortage of quality grass-fed beef in the Treasure Valley. Never having eaten grass-fed beef in her life she felt that the quality of the meat was too good to only have in their freezer and decided to start making it available to families in the Treasure Valley. Since the beginning of Cunningham Pastured Meats, they have added several other producers to add several other types of products such as Grass-fed beef, bison & lamb, pasture-raised pork & chicken, wild-caught seafood, and several other quality products.
