Our Story
Gaia’s Farm and Gardens is a working sustainable permaculture farm, nestled at the base of the foothill mountains in the historic town of Laporte, Colorado along the famous Overland Trail. We are just 5 miles north of Fort Collins on your way to Poudre Canyon.
We operate a Community Supported Agriculture Program, Holistic Healing Center, Roadside Market Stand, Artisian Bakery and a Bohemian Style Eco Friendly Farm Stay Bed and Breakfast. We also have a quite the collection of eccentric farm animals that love people and that are used for animal assisted therapy.
We use organic methods of sustainable farming combined with permaculure principals and techniques to bring you the freshest, most healthy food in Northern Colorado. We are part of the Local Food Movement and collaborate with other local farms to bring you a one of a kind Farm to Fork experience.
We are here to help you heal your mind, body and spirit. Come immerse yourself in the beautiful gardens at Gaia’s (Momma Earth) to reconnect with nature once again and reap the harvest of the abundance she offers.
