Our Story

Hama Hama is a 5th generation family run tree and oyster farm on the Olympic Peninsula, with a reputation for quality built on hard work and clean water.

On our main farm in Lilliwaup, we plant and harvest oysters and clams, shipping them off to restaurants across the country and selling them directly from our retail store and oyster saloon. The farm store, started in the 1970s, offers live oysters and clams, shucked oysters, hot smoked oysters and salmon, and house-made dips and spreads. We also sell fresh local fish, crab, and shrimp (when we can find it), and carry a selection of artisan food products (cheese, beef, jams, jellies, crackers etc.).

The Oyster Saloon offers raw oysters and cold beer with a waterfront view. We’re open year round, so bring your coats in the winter and your shades in the summer. Our menu is very oyster-centric, check our website for an updated list.
