Our Story

Harvest Bell Farm was originally started in the 1950’s and was known as the Fisher Dairy Farm. Today, Harvest Bell Farm is a family farm focused on the health and wellness of the families around us. We believe in sustainable, ethical and natural practices. Our goal is to provide naturally raised livestock and fresh crops.   The farm is nestled in beautiful Newbury, Ohio where we have 20 acres to let our animals be completely pasture-raised.

At Harvest Bell, we raise our animals in a humane, stress free environment. They have a constant supply of fresh water and enjoy the freedom of being outside in the sunshine and eating up nature’s offerings. In addition to nature’s offerings, our animals have a steady supply of fresh NON-GMO feed. We don’t use animal by-products, antibiotics or other non-natural feed additives.

Our layers are truly free range which makes for happy hens. They spend their days forging on mother nature’s offerings. Our hens also enjoy locally sourced non-gmo grains. Currently, we have Black Australorps, Rhode Island Reds, Barred Rocks, Easter-Eggers and Golden Buffs as part of our farm family.  All of our different hens make for fun multi-colored eggs year around.

Our turkeys live on the back pasture where they are moved on a weekly basis to ensure the best diet possible. As with all of our animals,  what they do not get from the earth is given to them through locally sourced non-gmo grains. Currently, we raise Broad-Breasted White and Broad-Breasted Bronze Turkeys.

Our field-grown cut flowers offer a variety of color for the summer. We grow Amaranth, Ammi, Celosia, Cosmos, Nigella, Snapdragons, Statice, Strawflowers, Sunflowers, Yarrow, Zinnias and more.
