Heritage Ridge Farm

Find a Farm

Our Story

I grew up a farmers daughter. I couldn’t imagine not living this lifestyle.

Our farm is nestled along the Grand River between Saranac and Lowell. My grandfather purchased this land in 1990 and we were able to purchase it and moved here in 2008. Right away we began clearing trees and land for livestock and produce.

We raise hogs, poultry, and honeybees.
Our hogs are raised on pasture and spend their days rooting in the soil and wallowing in mud. Our hens are free range.  We let them out of the hen house each morning and they spend their day scratching for insects and berries and enjoying dust baths. We strongly believe animals should live the most comfortable life possible.

We sell feeder pigs and also offer pork by the whole or half. We use Caledonia Packing for processing.
We also have our farm fresh eggs available daily in our farm store.

We grow produce for our open air farm market located directly outside of our farm store.
Our produce is grown without the use of chemicals or pesticides.
