Our cattle are raised from birth to market weight on our 7th generation family farm near Hayes Center, Nebraska. They spend their summers grazing on Hayes County, Nebraska pasture grass until the fall when the grass stops growing, and we transition them to a ration of cane silage, cane hay, and corn grown on our farm.
We work closely with an animal nutritionist to provide the most economical and efficient feed for our calves to produce the highest quality beef. We believe in being positive stewards of our land, our environment, and our animals in all we do and are proud to offer our premium beef for purchase.
High Ridge Beef proudly offers USDA individual cuts year round and quarter, half, or whole bulk beef shares each spring/early summer.
