Honeymoon Farm is a woman owned and woman run farm raising pastured poultry including heritage and conventional breed chicken, and heritage breed turkeys. In addition to poultry, Honeymoon Farm offers Medina Mushrooms – a wide variety of mushrooms grown by family members throughout the southern chester county region.
