Mallory Mini Farm

Find a Farm

Our Story

We are a small, local, family farm that has been in business for over 30 years. My dad started out with alfalfa and grass hay on his first farm and raised chickens, goats, etc.

I came on the scene much later and have decided to follow in my father’s footsteps.  Except I’m not interested much in farming the fields, I’m more passionate about the animals. So in addition to the cows, horse and cats that were already here, I’ve added bantam chickens, Mallard and Khaki Campbell ducks, 2 Chihuahuas and my very first raised bed garden this summer.

I’ve also taken over the responsibility of selling the beef that is processed from our cows. And even though I don’t get very many eggs from my bantams, which I’m planning on increasing, I sell my eggs too. They are cleaned, sanitized and hand stamped with food grade ink. They are so adorable!

What I’m interested in is miniature livestock so I plan on having miniature goats, horses, donkeys, rabbits, turkeys, pigs and any other type of animal I can find! Even most of my veggies are mini.

Now, this is a long term plan and will probably take me several years to complete but I love thinking about and planning my mini farm. And when I’m ready, I’ll invite you all to  come see it.
