Our Story
The Mitrowski Farm started in 2013 in Seguin Texas. We live in Houston during the week and tend to our farm on the weekends for the time being before retirement. We have farm hands that perform daily task of tending to our livestock and the garden.
We started the farm for the purpose of raising our own meat and vegetables and discovered the demand of fresh grain / pasture raised meats. We are very small currently considering we are “part time” farmers, but we do have a few things to offer to the public. Eggs are the primary production but at times we have pork, chicken, and vegetables.
