Our Story
Our farm built in ~ the 1850s is in a rural conservation area. The land is a mix of pasture and wetland. We keep geese and heritage chicken breeds for eggs. Our chickens and geese are pasture raised and are locked up at night to keep them safe from predators. In bad weather they roam in the barn and corn crib and are able to hangout on the hay and woodpile. The geese and chickens are allowed to free range under supervision, otherwise they are allowed access to pasture fenced with portable electric poultry netting.
