Our Story

My husband Dusty and I (Olivia) began farming in April 2018. We started out raising food for ourselves but quickly realized we wanted to sell meat and eggs locally. We believe it is important to purchase your food from farmers you know and trus, and we are honored to fill that role. There is so much disconnect today between consumers and food – we hope to bridge that gap and give families the opportunity to buy meat and eggs that they can feel good about. Our chickens, ducks, turkeys, and pigs live their best lives here roaming their pastures and enjoying the sunshine.

We also prefer to raise heritage breed animals that live long, productive lives, have higher disease resistance compared to commercialized poultry and hog breeds (less medicines needed!), and have richer flavor! Once you taste our heritage breed turkey as compared to a store-bought broad breasted turkey there is no going back.
