We work with our customers to provide a network of fresh foods requested by them. Our animals are humanely cared for and loved. We understand that good food comes from healthy animals. Even the fruits and vegetables require healthy animals to help work the land for the best bounty possible. Sapphire Farms is a sustainable farm specializing in heritage breeds. We believe in raising our livestock in there natural environment—a truly holistic grazing system, with a little help from us time to time.
