Our Story
South Elm Farm serves our community by building relationships between people and their food while sharing the importance of growing and eating local.
We are a retired military family working with Homegrown Heroes. We love to share farm tours and take joy in offering customers a first-hand look at how their food is raised. We believe in caring for the animals and the environment and use practices that support both.
We have made pick up and delivery available as well as online payment methods to support the safety of all of our customers.
