Our Story
The Log Cabin Ranch is a small family farm in southern Illinois where we strive to be good stewards of the land and animals God has blessed us with and to provide you with clean, nutrient-dense, and locally raised food that you can eat with confidence. Our beef is 100% Grass-fed and finished and is raised without antibiotics or added hormones and our pastured pork and eggs are raised on pasture and fed a ration of non-GMO grain. We believe you should be able to know your farmer and ask him questions about your food and that your food should have a positive impact on the earth, your community, your health, and your children’s health.
