Our Story

I started raising chickens in 2010 due to the numerous egg recalls. I wanted to know how my animals were being treated that I was eating and how the chickens were being treated who laid the eggs I ate. My friend raises beef cows so I only buy beef from her. I needed a source of good eggs so I started out with two chickens and currently maintain a flock between 50-60. My chickens are free range in a fenced-in yard for their protection. They are spoiled and several become pets. They enjoy fresh green grass, bugs, organic produce from the garden and sunshine. They are fed premium poultry feed (not organic). $3 per dozen.Eggs may be white, brown, blue, green, dark brown. Delivery may be possible depending on where you live. I also have duck eggs $6 a dozen. They make wonderful baked goods due to the higher protein and fat content. They’re also wonderful fried or boiled.

$3 a dozen  Eggs may be white, brown, blue, green or dark brown. Duck eggs $6 a dozen (they’re bigger than jumbo).
