Our Story
Velasco Farms is a 40-acre family farm located in Elberton, Georgia in Elbert County. We currently raise chicken and sheep using organic, free-range and sustainable methods. We are growing a small orchard of fruit trees, nut trees, herbs and vegetable garden without pesticides or chemicals. We are gradually increasing our sheep flock to produce lamb meat and wool.
We currently have local, free-range chicken eggs for sale to surrounding areas such as Washington, Tignall, Bowman, Hartwell, Royston, Comer, Lexington, and Lincolnton. We can provide bulk egg contracts to restaurants, or sell directly to the public. Please call to inquire about availability and pricing.
