Our Story
A century old family farm, raising heritage breed plants and animals with sustainable and biological practices.
Our century old family farm’s outbuildings were designed and constructed from reclaimed local barns, melding structural elements of Norwegian, Irish and Swedish farm immigrants.
We plant, tend, harvest and store our garden produce, feed grains, hay, straw and corn cob bedding on-site, utilizing sustainable and organic practices; avoiding GMO’s, synthetic fertilizers and herbicides; giving preference to organic and heirloom seed when available.
Offering a different varietal of heritage breed chicken, quail, turkey, duck, and geese, as well as grass-fed beef annually, and avoiding the use of antibiotics and hormones.
