Western Harnett Animal Science

Find a Farm

Our Story

The Western Harnett High School Animal Science classes have 5 head of hens at the school. The class is responsible for caring for the chickens, making sure they are fed and watered, and collecting eggs. The money that eggs are purchased with will go back into the Animal Science funds to purchase more chicks, feed for the chicken, and hopefully add more animals to our class. We are also selling quail eggs by the dozen, we currently have 8 quail.

We will be selling farm fresh eggs on thursdays and fridays by the dozen. Eggs are first come first serve.
